For a couple of years now Thailand Motorcycle Touring has been using the meetup.com system, but unfortunately meetup.com is applying changes to the system without any prior consultation (and a lack of forethought) and effectively screwing up the appearance and functionality of our TMT site (and everyone else’s Meetup site too!!).
For quite some time now I have been impressed by the flexibility and power of WordPress, and so finally I decided that a WordPress solution for TMT would be far better than continuing to use Meetup’s system.
